The manufacturer is not accountable for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to property harm, loss of time or data from use of any our product, or any other damages attributable to product malfunction or failure of including without limitation, those attributed to: (1) reliance of the materials provided, (2) costs of product replacement, (3) loss of use, data or profits, (4) delays or business interruptions, (5) any principle of legal responsibility arising from or in reference to the use, overall performance, delays in servicing, or lack of ability to render service of any our product. The manufacturer makes every effort to ensure proper function of all products. However, the customer is responsible to verify that the output of our product meets the customer’s quality requirement. The customer further acknowledges that improper use of our products, software program, and/or hardware issues can cause loss of data, defective formatting, or unreliable data loading. The manufacturer will make efforts to resolve or repair any issues recognized by customer either within the warranty period or on a time and materials basis. Specifications and features are subject to change without notice or obligation.
The manufacturer provides a basic one-year parts and labor warranty for all of its products, excluding cables, adapters, sockets, drives, and other consumable items. An extended warranty may be purchased. Telephone and email support is available for the life of the product as defined by the manufacturer.
All warranties are region specific and will be defined per the market region in which the product was purchased.
Warranty eligibility requires an intact serial number, an unmodified warranty sticker, and an untampered machine.
The end-user must ship the machine with a completed RMA form. Without it, the package will be rejected at the end-user’s expense. Once the machine has been repaired, the manufacture will ship the package back to the end-user.
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement or misuse of any our equipment. Copying any form of data (audio, video, or software) without the permission of the copyright holder is illegal. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the legal copyrights of the copyright owners are respected.

U-Reach will ship out your order:
-When full, verified payment is received.
-With a tracking number by ground service only, unless stated otherwise.
-All orders MUST be placed through email if an additional shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation are/is required.
All orders typically process within 1-3 days lead time, unless stated otherwise.
We will be free from responsibilities of any duties, customs fees, broker fees, and/or tax-related fees outside the U.K.
U-Reach will only be responsible for sending the package to UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail.
If the package is lost or stolen, it is the end-user’s responsibility to contact the local law enforcement and to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
After we ship out packages, it is the customer's responsibility to handle any fraud transaction.
Free Shipping Policy
- Free shipping promotions will use a carrier with ground service.
- Free shipping only applies to eligible products.
- Ineligible products will still be charged accordingly.
- Free shipping only applies to the United Kingdom including Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
- All returns with free shipping will be subjected to a mandatory 15% restocking fee and actual shipping costs deducted.
When you receive your shipment, please verify all cartons indicated on the invoice are present. We may not accept liability for shipments claimed as shortage, where the recipient has not signed for the number of cartons received (signing for number of skids or pallets is not acceptable).
Shipping discrepancies, including short shipment requests, need to be submitted within 14 days of receipt for investigation. Shipping discrepancies submitted over 14 days will be investigated at the discretion of U-Reach.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, except if the product is considered "dead-on-arrival" or "DOA".
Please report a DOA product within 48 hours from the package-delivery date. If 48 hours has passed, we can only follow the normal RMA Warranty procedure.
Unless the shipment is refused due to an error we made, or the package is visibly damaged, an extra charge will be applied to refused shipments.
Backordered products require longer lead-times about 7-10 days. For a more defined and concrete lead-time quote for your specific product, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any shipment reimbursement is NOT guaranteed. U-Reach only reimburses a reasonable amount based on the shipping carrier’s offer.

- Ship the package back to U-Reach Data Solutions Inc. and please make sure the authorized RMA number is displayed on the shipping label of all boxes returned. A copy of the invoice and the signed RMA form must be included in the returned package.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without an authorized RMA number. Any merchandise returned without an authorized RMA number will be refused and returned at a customer's own expense.

U-Reach makes every effort to ensure proper operation of all products. However, the customer is responsible to affirm that out of the U-Reach product meets the customer's quality requirement. The customer further acknowledges that fallacious operation of U-Reach product and/or software program, or hardware issues, can cause loss of data, defective formatting, or data loading. U-Reach will make efforts to resolve or repair any issues recognized by customer either within the warranty period or on a time and materials basis.
By purchasing U-Reach Products, you have read and agreed to our policies, terms, and conditions. Customer agrees to pay all costs including attorney's and collection fees for delinquent accounts.
1. If the system has an expired warranty
a. If you want to proceed with repair(s), please send back the system and remark "expired warranty" on your RMA form. U-Reach will be required to collect a fee for the maintenance. If the customer does not wish the product to be maintained, U-Reach will collect an inspection fee for the product.
b. Please complete the RMA Form and enclose it with your package. All packages without an RMA form will be refused at the shipper’s cost.
c. The end-user will be responsible for 2-way shipping.
2. If the system is within warranty
a. Fill in the information, in detail, for the faulty product. Email the RMA request form to U-Reach UK and the customer will receive an RMA number (email email@example.com). Proof of the original invoiced purchase date is required for warranty service.
b. Your invoiced purchase(s) must be through U-Reach Data Solutions Inc., our authorized resellers, or distributors; in order for the warranty to be valid. If you purchased from another regional market, you must send the machine back to the original seller that you've purchased from.
c. If U-Reach finds the returned product is not defective, then an invoice will be issued to the customer for shipping and inspection fees £40.00 (GBP).
3. If U-Reach discovers the product is returned without a serial number, the serial number sticker is damaged, or the serial number is discrepant with the product. The product will be deemed as having an expired warranty. Please see point 1 above for the expired warranty policy.
4. If U-Reach discovers that the product is still in the warranty period, but is damaged by misuse, abuse, accidents, or inappropriate handling and installation. U-Reach will not be held responsible for the warranty service; there will be a mandatory repair fee charged.
5. Prior to shipping your RMA, please pack your product extremely well with anti-shock packaging. We highly recommend you use the original shipping box. If the product is damaged because of the improper packing, U-Reach will not be held responsible for the warranty service. The product will be deemed as having an expired warranty. Please see point 1 above for the expired warranty policy.
